went for singapore polytechnic's open house this morning/afternoon with meryl! :D
basically visited the
school of business only. firstly because we have absolutely no time to venture around. and secondly, we werent really that interested in the other courses like engineering, maritime, etc.
the most interesting programme they had there probably was the personality test at the business IT section. and thou shall scan the results and post it out here! so you guys shall be nice enough to read it, then advice me on which course to go to. :D

seems like majority are business related huh? maybe thats why i always had this desire to study business since young. believe it or not, i actually attempted to sell items in school when i was in primary one. actually i dont have much memories of it. but my mom told me because another parent told her at the teacher-parents talk. hahaha. i sold stickers to my classmates. and apparently, my classmate told her mom and so when her mom knew my mom was my mom, she was like "hey, do you know your daughter sells stickers in school?" gawd, how embarrassing. and whats more, i even asked my dad to order in a whole bunch of clothings from thailand, because it is cheaper, and i intended to sell it to the secondary school students. hahaha. i cant believe i did all these. its really quite embarrassing raising the issue again.
honestly, i really love marketing and retail management. but my dad is so against it, saying that that could be done later on in the university and as for now, i should specialise in something like finance, accountancy or banking first. earlier on, he just kept going on and on about how good finanace is, etc. but finance is really
so fucking dry! it just pisses me off each time he rants about it and goes on
forever. yadayadayada. i really wouldnt mind accountancy or banking. but finance? no way. he claims they are all interlinked. well to a certain extent, that is true. after all, you study the same for the very first two years. its only the third year when you begin to focus more on the course youre taking. (correct me if im wrong though, im not 100% sure)
okay, whatever. id quit babbling on and on about courses. anyway at present, i have no idea which course id end up in eventually. but i guess id just keep praying about it. and Lord, please give me an answer. even if im really fated to land up in the finance course, so be it. id just accept my fate and do the best i can.
oh. and meryl and i did something bimbotic today. we were halfway crossing the road when we both noticed an incoming car at the same time. and after which, we both just gave that bimbotic "ahh!" without trying to move faster or avoid the car or something. LOL dumbness. thankfully the car didnt hit us though. :)
shall end here for today. gonna pick baby kaylyn up tomorrow afternoon then bringing her for lunch! how exciting. :D that little one sure is naughty. but thats the fun part. kids are so cute. so very cute.
